职位描述：Individual Potentials

1. 参与「悦跑圈」后端系统和服务器的规划设计，参与制定产品线的技术发展计划；The people-centric work planning helps each employee in managing their own careers and bringing their potentials in full play. Joyrun has always been devoted to inspiring designers to fulfill and excel themselves

2. 负责核心功能的架构与代码实现，参与开发、维护公用核心基础模块；

4.参与系统性能优化，安全加固，保证系统的安全、稳定、快速运行；

5. 编写系统各类技术文档；

职位要求：

1. 5年或以上Java服务器端项目开发经验，在Java web、多线程、网络通信等方面有扎实实战经验；

2. 熟悉mysql、sqlserver、memcache、redis等数据库的使用；

3. 理解数据库引擎、索引、集群、分库、分表等机制；

4. 熟练使用并深刻理解spring、mybatis等开源框架的技术特点；

5. 擅长服务化开发，使用过类dubbo、thirft等优先考虑；

6. 理解jvm原理和内存结构，懂得jvm性能调优；

7. 有良好的技术文档编写能力；

8. 带领过3人或以上团队独立承担过一定规模的完整项目的实施，有高性能、高并发、高可用架构实施经验者优先；

9. 专注于技术、对业界的最新技术发展动态有比较密切的关注，同时对移动应用、运动领域、可穿戴设备有一定了解者优先。

线上活动策划

岗位职责：

1. 根据合作方需求，在悦跑圈APP内策划专属的活动方案；

2. 负责合作项目的执行，在执行过程中，统筹整个项目并把控项目进度；

3. 负责项目执行过程中，与产品、技术同事进行实现逻辑沟通工作；

4. 项目结束后，完成结案报告。

能力要求：

短视频制作实习生

岗位职责：

1、负责短视频的创作、编导工作，结合业务需要收集素材并进行独立创作；

2、负责短视频剪辑工作，包括视频剪辑、特效制作、元素设计、添加片头、片尾、字幕等；

3、沟通协调视频制作过程中的各相关环节，完成制作全过程，保证成片质量。

任职要求：

1、新闻传播、数字媒体等相关专业，2020届本科及以上学历；

2、喜欢视频制作，能熟练使用AE、PR、PS、Final cut等相关工具；

岗位职责：

1、负责短视频平台的日常运营及推广工作，包括但不限于抖音、快手、微博等；

2、通过短视频平台宣传公司各业务端业务，支持业务端品牌内容需求；

3、根据新媒体平台热推话题策划、拍摄相应贴合知识点的短视频。

任职要求：

1、新闻传播、数字媒体等相关专业，2020届本科及以上学历；

2、脑洞大、网感好，熟悉社交媒体；

3、文字功底扎实，擅长提炼视频文字内容的亮点。

1、维护日常社区内容秩序，甄别筛选优质话题；

2、负责优质话题的推荐，监控相关数据不断调优推荐策略，构建内容的生产、消费、推荐体系。

IOS实习生

岗位职责：

1、负责公司产品的研发,编写高质量的代码，并进行自测；

2、在导师的帮助下，完成iOS软件开发、验证和修正测试中发现的问题；

3、不断研究技术，并优化产品的质量、性能、用户体验。

任职要求：

1、计算机相关专业，2020届本科及以上学历；
