悦跑圈APP社区管理规定

第一章 总则

一、悦跑圈APP社区致力于提供一个由用户创造内容的跑步社区。为了保护用户的原创内容，维护开放、真实、活跃的社区氛围，悦跑圈和悦跑圈授权的社区管理员依据《悦跑圈用户协议》和本管理规定中的条款对注册悦跑圈的用户和发布在悦跑圈APP社区的内容进行管理。

 

二、  悦跑圈APP社区鼓励用户创作、发布优质内容，同时也将采取必要措施管理违法、侵权或有其他不良影响的网络信息。

 

三、根据《网络信息内容生态治理规定》，悦跑圈APP社区鼓励用户制作、复制、发布含有下列内容的信息：

1. 宣传习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想，全面准确生动解读中国特色社会主义道路、理论、制度、文化的；
2. 宣传党的理论路线方针政策和中央重大决策部署的；
3. 展示经济社会发展亮点，反映人民群众伟大奋斗和火热生活的；
4. 弘扬社会主义核心价值观，宣传优秀道德文化和时代精神，充分展现中华民族昂扬向上精神风貌的；
5. 有效回应社会关切，解疑释惑，析事明理，有助于引导群众形成共识的；
6. 有助于提高中华文化国际影响力，向世界展现真实立体全面的中国的；
7. 其他讲品味讲格调讲责任、讴歌真善美、促进团结稳定等的内容。

 

 

第二章  违规行为界定

悦跑圈用户在使用悦跑圈社区APP的过程中拥有发布信息的权利，但悦跑圈有权对以下违法、不良信息或存在危害的行为采取屏蔽删除违规内容、用户警告提醒、暂停或终止违规用户账号功能等方式进行处理。

 

一、发布违反法律法规的信息，主要表现为：

1. 反对宪法所确定的基本原则；
2. 危害国家安全，泄露国家秘密，颠覆国家政权，破坏国家统一，损害国家荣誉和利益；
3. 侮辱、滥用英烈形象，歪曲、丑化、亵渎、否定英雄烈士事迹和精神，以侮辱、诽谤或者其他方式侵害英雄烈士的姓名、肖像、名誉、荣誉；
4. 宣扬恐怖主义、极端主义或者煽动实施恐怖活动、极端主义活动；
5. 煽动民族仇恨、民族歧视，破坏民族团结；
6. 破坏国家宗教政策，宣扬邪教和封建迷信；
7. 散布谣言，扰乱社会秩序，破坏社会稳定；
8. 宣扬淫秽、色情、赌博、暴力、凶杀、恐怖或者教唆犯罪；
9. 煽动非法集会、结社、游行、示威、聚众扰乱社会秩序；
10. 侮辱或者诽谤他人，侵害他人名誉、隐私和其他合法权益；
11. 含有法律、行政法规禁止的其他内容。

 

二、不友善行为：不尊重悦跑圈用户及其所贡献内容的信息或行为。主要表现为：

1. 轻蔑：贬低、轻视他人及其贡献的内容。
2. 诽谤：捏造、散布虚假事实，损害他人名誉。
3. 嘲讽： 以比喻、夸张、侮辱性的手法对他人或其行为进行揭露或描述，以此来激怒他人。
4. 挑衅：以不友好的方式激怒他人，意图使对方对自己的言论作出回应，蓄意制造事端。
5. 羞辱：贬低他人的能力、行为、生理或身份特征，让对方难堪。
6. 谩骂：以不文明的语言对他人进行负面评价，对其他用户创作的内容直接进行贬低性的评论。
7. 歧视：煽动人群歧视、地域歧视等，针对他人的民族、种族、宗教、性取向、性别、年龄、地域、生理特征等身份或者归类的攻击。
8. 威胁：许诺以不良的后果来迫使他人服从自己的意志。
9. 抄袭：发布他人原创内容而不注明出处或标识转载，原创内容暂指首发于悦跑圈跑友圈的内容，不包括修改、整合后的图片内容。

 

三、发布垃圾广告信息：以推广曝光为目的，发布影响用户体验、扰乱悦跑圈社区秩序的内容，或进行相关行为。包括但不限于以下几种形式：

1. 多次发布包含售卖产品、提供服务、宣传推广内容的垃圾广告。包括但不限于以下几种形式：

1)        单个帐号多次发布包含垃圾广告的内容。

2)        多个广告帐号互相配合发布包含垃圾广告的内容。

3)        多次发布包含欺骗性外链的内容，如未注明的淘宝客链接、跳转网站等，诱骗用户点击链接。

4)        发布大量包含 SEO 推广链接、产品、品牌等内容获取搜索引擎中的不正当曝光。

5)        发布带有任何有联系方式的网络创业、网络兼职、中奖等非真实性信息。

 

2. 购买或出售帐号之间虚假地互动，发布干扰社区秩序的推广内容及相关交易。包括但不限于以下几种形式：

1)        购买机器注册帐号，或人工操控帐号的关注，伪造在社区内的影响力。

2)        使用机器、恶意程序手段或人为有组织性地操控帐号进行点赞、评论等扰乱社区秩序的行为。

 

3. 使用严重影响用户体验的违规手段进行恶意营销。包括但不限于以下几种形式：

1)        不规范转载或大篇幅转载他人内容同时加入推广营销内容。

2)        发布包含欺骗性的恶意营销内容，如通过伪造经历、冒充他人等方式进行恶意营销。

3)        使用特殊符号、图片等方式规避垃圾广告内容审核的广告内容。

4)        代购、卖鞋、祛斑加公众号等影响其他用户体验的广告类信息。

5)        发布带有任何有联系方式的网络创业、网络兼职、中奖等非真实性信息。

6)        内容包含带有任何联系方式的学历职称代办，专业代做试题，作业，论文等题目以及售卖考试答案等信息。

7)        发布任何带有联系方式的银行卡代办、买卖发票、非法彩票等信息。

8)        含有联系方式的黑客、收费删帖、办证刻章等违法信息。

9)        非官方认证的发布任何带有联系方式的医院、美容、药品、祛斑、医生专家和整容等信息。

10)     有关马拉松等赛事名额转让、买卖、替跑，代跑等信息。

 

四、恶意行为：滥用社区产品功能，进行影响用户体验、危及平台安全及损害他人权益的行为。包括但不限于以下几种形式：

1.  恶意编辑，指清空或删除有效内容，添加无关信息，破坏内容结构等降低公共编辑内容质量。

2.  干扰正常用户体验的内容，包括但不限于以下几种形式：

1)        在不同问题下重复发布相同或近似的回答内容。

2)        频繁发布难以辨识涵义影响阅读体验的字符、数字等无意义乱码。

3)        骚扰他人，以评论、@ 他人、私信等方式对他人反复发送重复或者相似的诉求。

4)        不合理诱导投票或关注，如通过点赞抽奖、集赞更新等形式诱导不合理投票或者诱导不合理关注。

5)        制作及传播外挂或者用于操作帐号功能的恶意程序或相关教程。

6)        发布含有潜在危险的内容，如钓鱼网站、木马、病毒网站等。

7)        恶意注册使用悦跑圈帐号，包括但不限于机器注册、频繁注册、批量注册、滥用多个悦跑圈帐号。

8)        不当利用社区产品功能，通过不正常的点赞、评论，或与其他用户抱团点赞评论干扰内容排序。

 

五、发布色情低俗信息：以文字、图片、视频等方式发表/传播色情、淫秽、具有性特征、性挑逗、色情信息的内容。包括但不限于以下几种形式：

1)        发表包含自己或他人性经验的细节描述或露骨的感受描述。

2)        发布涉及色情段子、两性笑话的低俗内容。

3)        发布带有性暗示、性挑逗等内容，使人产生性联想。

4)        宣扬低俗、庸俗、媚俗内容。

5)        发布裸露女性胸部（全裸、露点、凸点、）、男女性臀部、男女大腿内侧及生殖器官、穿着透视装等图片。

6)        发布与他人进行性挑逗的动作，使用性用品、相互抚摸敏感部位、进行能让人产生性幻想的动作、在床上以任何抚摸、亲吻的动作等图片。

7)        发布衣冠不整、穿戴浴袍、内衣裤等非公众场合衣物等图片。

8)        发布耍酒疯、酣睡、钢管舞、脱衣舞、低俗的 cos类妆容、不雅等姿态图片。

9)        发布穿着过于暴露：女性着透视装、露出乳沟、乳晕、胸部的服装、性感睡衣裙、内衣裙、三角短裤、三角连体裤等图片。

 

六、发布不实钱财相关信息。包括但不限于以下几种形式：

1)        用虚构事实或者隐瞒真相的方法，骗取其他用户钱财。

2)        以赈灾募捐等名义，实施钱财诈骗等行为。

3)        存在事实夸大、伪造虚假经历等误导他人的内容，进行钱财交易。

4)        伪造身份、冒充他人，通过头像、用户名等个人信息暗示自己具有特定身份，或与特定机构或个人存在关联，进行钱财交易。

 

七、记录、上传并分享非真实跑步数据。该类内容具体表现包括但不限于：

1)        通过搭乘交通工具包括但不限于轿车、公交、轮渡、骑行等方式，记录、上传并分享个人非真实跑步数据。

2)        通过手摇或将手机绑在风扇等自动化设备使其旋转达到摇摆等方式，记录、上传并分享个人非真实跑步数据。

3)        通过跑表等跑步设备或者掌握跑表导入数据漏洞导入跑步数据，记录、上传并分享个人非真实跑步数据。

4)         自身掌握跑步数据漏洞，肆意修改相关数据实现导入跑步数据，记录、上传并分享个人非真实跑步数据。

 

八、传播封建迷信，主要表现为：

1. 找人算命、测字、占卜、解梦、化解厄运、使用迷信方式治病：

1)        求推荐算命看相大师。

2)        针对具体风水等问题进行求助或咨询。

3)        问自己或他人的八字、六爻、星盘、手相、面相、五行缺失，包括通过占卜方法问婚姻、前程、运势，东西宠物丢了能不能找回、取名改名等。

4)        解梦类内容。

2. 宣扬鼓励封建迷信等活动，推广算命等理论知识学习及讨论

1)        询问某种算命结果、说法是否准确。

2)        在回答或文章中推荐关注算命、占卜等封建迷信活动。

 

九、其他危害行为或内容，主要表现为：

1)        可能引发未成年人模仿不安全行为和违反社会公德行为、诱导未成年人不良嗜好等。

2)        不当评述自然灾害、重大事故等灾难的。

3)        美化、粉饰侵略战争行为的。

4)        法律、行政法规禁止，或可能对网络生态造成不良影响的其他内容。

 

第三章 违规行为处理规范

 

悦跑圈社区通过主动发现和接受用户举报两种方式收发现违规行为。所有有意降低社区内容质量、伤害社区氛围的行为都是不能容忍的。

 

一、  悦跑圈社区用户举报机制

悦跑圈社区用户可以使用社区页面上的「举报」功能对涉嫌违反本规定的行为和用户进行举报，违规的信息由悦跑圈根据本规定直接处理。投诉渠道主要有：

1)        举报某条动态：点击动态右下方...按钮就会弹出举报页面，点击举报-选择举报原因即可完成举报。

2)        举报某条评论：进入动态评论详情页，点击评论下方...按钮就会弹出举报评论页面，点击举报-选择举报原因即可完成举报。

3)        举报某条跑步数据：点击带跑步数据发布的动态右下方...按钮就会弹出举报页面，点击举报-选择【跑步作弊】举报原因即可完成疑似作弊的跑步数据举报。

4)        举报某个用户：点击用户头像或者用户昵称进入用户个人主页，点击个人主页右上方...按钮就会弹出举报页面，点击举报此用户-选择举报原因即可完成举报。

5)        电话联系客服/在线向客服反馈：在社区发现违规违法内容时，我们也十分欢迎你致电客服4009606662或者在线联系客服向客服反馈内容，客服接到反馈后会提交给到相应部门进行处理。

6)邮件反馈：将举报内容发送到cs@thejoyrun.com中，并附上举报内容和举报理由注明投诉人悦跑圈ID以及被投诉人悦跑圈ID。

我们保证最迟不超过7个工作日回复。投诉期间不得有到处张扬影响社区正常工作的行为，违规的信息由悦跑圈官方根据本规定直接处理。

 

二、  悦跑圈违规行为处理规定

悦跑圈社区有权按照用户协议和社区管理规定对违规行为处理，并记录在案。对违反规定的用户，悦跑圈将采取屏蔽删除违规内容、用户警告提醒、暂停或永久封禁账号等管理措施。

 

悦跑圈也将对涉嫌违法犯罪的言论保存在案，并向有关政府部门如实报告。若用户违反承诺、发布侵害第三人合法权益的信息而导致悦跑圈被判决向被侵权人赔偿，悦跑圈保留依法向该用户追偿的权利。

 

违规行为由悦跑圈授权的社区管理员根据本规定直接处理。一旦被认定存在以上违规行为，将会进行以下管理措施：

1. 屏蔽删除标记违规内容+警告提醒：以上违规行为出现1-3次（包括3次），社区管理员将屏蔽删除相应违规内容，用户将在我的页面消息系统通知收到系统违规警告提醒。

1）出现1-3次不友善行为。

2）发布1-3次垃圾广告信息。

3）出现1-3次恶意行为。

4）发布1-3次色情低俗信息。

5）发布1-3次不实钱财相关信息。

6）记录、上传并分享1-3条异常跑步数据。

7）传播1-3次封建迷信内容。

 

2. 屏蔽删除标记违规内容+暂时封禁账号7天：以上违规行出现>3次，社区管理员将屏蔽删除相应违规内容，情况严重者将暂时封禁账号7天（被封禁账号无法登录）。

1）出现>3次不友善行为。

2）发布>3次垃圾广告信息。

3）出现>3次恶意行为。

4）发布>3次色情低俗信息。

5）发布>3次不实钱财相关信息。

6）记录、上传并分享>3条异常跑步数据。

7）传播>3次封建迷信内容。

 

3. 屏蔽删除标记违规内容+暂时封禁账号15天：在账号封禁7天解封后，一周内依旧出现以上违规行为，情况严重者将暂时封禁账号15天（被封禁账号无法登录）。

 

4. 屏蔽删除标记违规内容+永久封禁账号：

1)        在账号封禁15天解封后，一周内依旧出现以上违规行为，情况严重者将永久封禁账号（被封禁账号无法登录）。

2)        直接发布违反法律法规的信息。

 

5. 针对记录、上传、分享异常跑步数据具体管理措施

1)        用户在悦跑圈记录上传分享异常跑步数据，一经核实，将采取警告、判定该数据为问题数据（不被列为个人跑量、活动、勋章等一系列需要跑步数据完成的相关任务）、封禁账号等管理措施。

2)        用户在参与悦跑圈官方活动过程中记录上传分享相关异常跑步数据进而影响活动进度，一经核实：

1. 直接取消该用户参与活动资格，用户不得参与该活动。
2. 视情况严重程度采取7天、15天、永久封禁账号处理。

 

6. 针对账号被封禁具体管理措施

1)        被封禁的账号在封禁期间无法正常登陆悦跑圈使用，用户需对自身违规行为负责，自觉承担违规行为带来的账号封禁结果。

2)        不支持用户以缴纳约定跑班费用（包括小额付费、大额付费）、连续周勋章中断、参与站内活动报名、参与站内活动付费报名等理由要求对被封禁的账号进行解封申请，如遇到此类不合理申请，社区管理员将以更严格的态度对待处理。

 

三、  悦跑圈社区用户申诉流程

随着社区管理经验的不断丰富，悦跑圈出于维护悦跑圈社区氛围和秩序的目的，将不断完善本规定。如果悦跑圈用户对悦跑圈基于本规范做出的处理有异议，可以在悦跑圈APP我的页面上的「联系客服」功能反馈异议，我们保证最迟不超过7个工作日回复。

 

第四章 附则

 

一、  悦跑圈不对非官方授权或非官方推广等广告或交易信息负连带责任。跑友通过悦跑圈平台产生的非官方授权或非官方推广的交易活动，不受官方保障，对由此产生的金钱损失或纠纷，悦跑圈将不负连带责任。请跑友不要轻易相信悦跑圈内陌生跑友的推广信息，以免造成损失。

 

二、  若违反本规定，悦跑圈及社区运营人员等对社区有一定管理权限的人，对您采取任何措施，若造成您任何损失的，您应自行承担；若您的行为导致任何第三方或悦跑圈损害的，您应当独立承担责任和赔偿损失，并承担由此给悦跑圈带来的一切损失。

 

三、  您和其他用户在社区中发表的任何内容均仅代表您和其他用户的自己观点，与悦跑圈无关；您应自行保证您发表内容的真实性、合法性和有效性；您应对使用本功能时接触到的内容自行加以判断，并自行承担因接触、使用内容而引起的所有后果、风险，包括因对内容的正确性、完整性或实用性的依赖而产生的风险，悦跑圈无法且不会对您因前述风险而导致的任何损失或损害承担责任。

 

四、  任何用户除享有按照悦跑圈的相关规则所约定的权限之外，其他的与所有类型社区相关的所有权、经营权、管理权等全部权利均归悦跑圈单方所有。

 

五、  用户仅享有按照悦跑圈的相关规则所约定的管理、使用权限，悦跑圈有权根据整体运营情况收回用户对悦跑圈社区使用权限或者采取警告、封号等措施。

 

六、  用户在不触犯相关管理规定的情况下，悦跑圈官方不会干涉其使用悦跑圈的行为。

 

七、  本规则是《悦跑圈用户协议》、《悦跑圈APP社区管理规定》与《悦跑圈视频用户协议》的不可分割的组成部分，与其构成统一整体。悦跑圈有权在必要时修改本规则，您可以在相关页面中查阅最新的本规则。您的任何使用本功能的行为，即视为您已经阅读并同意本规则及相应更新。

 

八、  本规定的各项条款，以符合国家法律法规为基本原则。若有不一致之处，以国家的法律法规为解释准则。

 

九、  本规定自2015年1月1日起施行。

Chapter II  Definition of Violations

Joyrun users have the right to publish information during the use of the Joyrun community app, but Joyrun has the right to block and delete the illegal content, user warnings, suspension or termination of the illegal user account functions, etc. for the following illegal, harmful information or harmful behaviors. To process.

 

1.Publish information that violates laws and regulations，mainly as follows:

1. 1）Oppose the basic principles established by the Constitution;
2. Endanger national security, leak state secrets, subvert state power, undermine national unity, and damage national honor and interests;

2. Unfriendly behavior: Disrespect the information or behavior of Joyrun users and their contributions. Mainly as follows:

1. 1）Contempt: belittle or despise the content of others and their contributions.
2. 2）Defamation: fabricating and spreading false facts to damage the reputation of others.
3. 3）Satire: Use metaphors, exaggerations, and insults to expose or describe others or their actions to irritate others.
4. 4）Provocation: irritate others in an unfriendly way, with the intention of making the other party respond to their own remarks, deliberately causing trouble.
5. 5）Humiliation: belittle another person's ability, behavior, physical or identity characteristics, embarrass the other person.
6. 6）Abuse: Use uncivilized language to negatively evaluate others, and directly make derogatory comments on content created by other users.
7. 7）Discrimination: inciting crowd discrimination, geographical discrimination, etc., attacks on the identity or classification of others' ethnicity, race, religion, sexual orientation, gender, age, geographical location, and physical characteristics.
8. 8）Threat: Promise to force others to obey their own will with bad consequences.
9. 9）Plagiarism: Publish the original content of others without indicating the source or reprinting with the logo. Original content temporarily refers to the content that was first published in the Joyrun circle of running friends, excluding the modified and integrated image content.

 

3. Publish spam advertising information: for the purpose of promoting exposure, publishing content that affects the user experience, disrupts the order of the Joyrun community, or performs related actions. Including but not limited to the following forms:

1. 1） Repeatedly publish spam advertisements including selling products, providing services, and promoting content. Including but not limited to the following forms:

1)        A single account has repeatedly posted content containing spam

2)        Multiple advertising accounts cooperate with each other to publish content that contains spam advertisements.

3)        Multiple publications of content containing deceptive external links, such as unspecified Taobao guest links, redirected websites, etc., to trick users into clicking links.

4)        Publish a large number of SEO promotion links, products, brands and other content to obtain improper exposure in search engines.

5)        Publish non-authentic information such as online entrepreneurship, online part-time job, and winning with any contact information.

 

2. 2）False interaction between buying or selling accounts, publishing promotional content and related transactions that interfere with the order of the community. Including but not limited to the following forms:

1)        Purchase a machine to register an account, or manually manipulate the account's attention to fake influence in the community.

2)        Use machines, malicious programs, or artificially manipulate accounts to perform actions that disrupt the order of the community, such as likes and comments.

 

3. 3）Use illegal methods that seriously affect user experience for malicious marketing. Including but not limited to the following forms:

1)        Irregularly reprinting or reprinting other people's content in large lengths while adding promotional marketing content.

2)        Publish deceptive malicious marketing content, such as malicious marketing through forged experience, impersonating others, etc.

3)        Ad content that uses special symbols, pictures, etc. to avoid spam content review.

4)        Advertising information that affects the experience of other users, such as purchasing purchases, selling shoes, freckle removal and official accounts.

5)        Publish non-authentic information such as online entrepreneurship, online part-time job, and winning with any contact information.

6)        The content contains information such as academic title agency with any contact information, professional test questions, homework, essays and other topics, and sales of test answers.

7)        Publish any bank card agency with contact information, sales invoices, illegal lottery tickets, etc.

8)        Illegal information such as hackers containing contact information, fee-based deletion of posts, and certificate and seal engraving.

9)        Non-officially certified release of any hospital, beauty, medicine, freckle removal, doctors, experts, plastic surgery and other information with contact information.

10)     Information about the transfer, sale, replacement, and running of marathon and other events.

 

4.Malicious behavior: abuse of community product functions, conduct behaviors that affect user experience, endanger platform security, and damage the rights of others. Including but not limited to the following forms:

1）Malicious editing refers to emptying or deleting effective content, adding irrelevant information, destroying content structure, etc. to reduce the quality of public editing content.

2） Content that interferes with normal user experience, including but not limited to the following forms:

a_Repeatedly post the same or similar answer content under different questions.

b_Frequently publish meaningless garbled characters, numbers, etc. whose meanings are difficult to recognize and affect the reading experience.

5. Publish pornographic and vulgar information: Publish/transmit pornographic, obscene, sexually characteristic, sexually provocative, and pornographic information in text, pictures, videos, etc. Including but not limited to the following forms:

1）Publish detailed descriptions or explicit feelings that include sexual experience of oneself or others.

2）Publish vulgar content involving pornography and jokes between the sexes.

3） Posting sexually suggestive, sexually provocative and other content, which makes people have sexual associations.

4）Promote vulgar, vulgar, and kitsch content.

5） Publish pictures of naked female breasts (full nudity, exposed dots, bumps), male and female buttocks, inner thighs and reproductive organs of male and female, and wearing see-through clothing.

6）Posting sexual provocative actions with others, using sex products, touching sensitive parts with each other, performing actions that can make people sexually fantasies, and any touching or kissing on the bed.

7）Post pictures of untidy clothes, bathrobes, underwear and other non-public clothing.

8）Release pictures of drunkenness, sleepiness, pole dancing, striptease, vulgar cos makeup, and indecent poses.

9）Posting overly revealing clothing: women wearing see-through clothing, cleavage, areola, breasts, sexy pajamas skirts, underwear skirts, briefs, triangle jumpsuits and other pictures.

 

6. Publish information related to false money. Including but not limited to the following forms:

1）Using methods of fabricating facts or concealing the truth to defraud other users of money.

2）Conduct money fraud and other acts in the name of fundraising for disaster relief.

3）There are content that misleads others, such as exaggerating facts and falsifying false experiences, to conduct money transactions.

4）Falsify identities, impersonate others, imply that they have a specific identity through personal information such as avatars, user names, or are associated with specific institutions or individuals to conduct money transactions.

 

7. Record, upload and share non-real running data. Specific manifestations of this type of content include but are not limited to:

1）Record, upload and share personal non-real running data by taking transportation, including but not limited to cars, buses, ferries, and cycling.

2）Record, upload, and share personal non-real running data by manually cranking or tying the mobile phone to a fan and other automated equipment to make it rotate to swing.

3）Import running data through running equipment such as a stopwatch or grasping the loopholes in the stopwatch import data, and record, upload and share personal non-real running data.

9. Other harmful behaviors or content, mainly as follows:

1) It may cause minors to imitate unsafe behaviors, violate social morality, and induce minors' bad habits.

2) Inappropriate comments on natural disasters, major accidents and other disasters.

3) Beautify and whitewash acts of aggressive war.

4) Other content that is prohibited by laws and administrative regulations, or may have a negative impact on the network ecology.

 

Chapter III Regulations for Handling Violations

 

Joyrun community discovers violations by actively discovering and accepting user reports. All behaviors that deliberately reduce the quality of community content and harm the community atmosphere are intolerable.

 

1. Joyrun community user reporting mechanism

Joyrun community users can use the "Report" function on the community page to report suspected violations of this regulation and users, and the violation information will be directly handled by Joyrun in accordance with this regulation. The main complaint channels are:

1) Report a certain activity: Click the button at the bottom right of the activity... and the report page will pop up. Click Report-select the reason for reporting to complete the report.

2) Report a comment: Go to the dynamic comment details page, click the comment below the... button, and the report comment page will pop up. Click Report-select the reason for reporting to complete the report.

3) Report a piece of running data: Click on the bottom right of the dynamic post with running data... button will pop up the report page, click Report-select [running cheating] report reason to complete the suspected cheating running data report.

4) Report a user: Click on the user's avatar or user nickname to enter the user's personal homepage, click on the top right of the personal homepage... button, and the report page will pop up. Click Report this user-select the reason for reporting to complete the report.

5) Contact customer service by phone/feed back to customer service online: When the community finds illegal content, we also welcome you to call customer service 4009606662 or contact customer service online to give feedback to customer service. After customer service receives feedback, it will be submitted to the corresponding department for processing.

6) Mail feedback: send the report content to cs@thejoyrun.com, and attach the report content and the reason for the report to indicate the complainant's JoyrunID and the respondent's JoyrunID.

We guarantee to reply within 7 working days at the latest. During the complaint period, there must be no publicity that affects the normal work of the community, and the illegal information will be directly handled by Joyrun officials in accordance with this regulation.

2. Regulations on handling violations of Joyrun

Joyrun community has the right to deal with violations in accordance with the user agreement and community management regulations, and record them. For users who violate the regulations, Joyrun will take management measures such as blocking and deleting illegal content, user warning reminders, suspending or permanently banning accounts.

 

Joyrun also keeps the remarks about suspected crimes on file and reports truthfully to relevant government departments. If the user violates the promise and publishes information that infringes the legal rights of a third party, which results in Joyrun being sentenced to compensate the infringed, Joyrun reserves the right to recover from the user in accordance with the law.

 

Violations are handled directly by community administrators authorized by Joyrun in accordance with this regulation. Once the above violations are identified, the following management measures will be taken:

1. 1. Shielding and deleting flag violation content + warning reminder: The above violations occur 1-3 times (including 3 times), the community administrator will shield and delete the corresponding violation content, and the user will receive a system violation warning reminder in the message on my page.

1) 1-3 times of unkind behavior.

2) Post 1-3 spam advertisements.

3) Malicious behavior occurred 1-3 times.

4) Publish pornographic and vulgar information 1-3 times.

5) Publish information about false money 1-3 times.

6) Record, upload and share 1-3 abnormal running data.

7) Spread 1-3 times of feudal superstition content.

 

2. 2. Blocking and deleting the flagged offending content + temporarily banning the account for 7 days: The above violations occur> 3 times, and the community administrator will block and delete the corresponding offending content. In severe cases, the account will be temporarily blocked for 7 days (the blocked account cannot be logged in).

1) There are >3 unfriendly behaviors.

2) Publish> 3 spam advertisements.

3) Malicious actions occurred >3 times.

4) Publish> 3 times pornographic and vulgar information.

5) Publish> 3 times of false money related information.

6) Record, upload and share >3 abnormal running data.

7) Spread> 3 times feudal superstition content.

 

3. 3. Blocking and deleting the marked offending content + temporarily banning the account for 15 days: After the account ban is unblocked for 7 days, the above violations still occur within one week, and the account will be temporarily banned for 15 days if the situation is serious (the banned account cannot be logged in).

 

4. 4. Blocking and deleting the illegal content + permanently banning the account:

1) The above violations still occur within a week after the account ban is unblocked for 15 days. In severe cases, the account will be permanently banned (the banned account cannot be logged in).

2) Directly publish information that violates laws and regulations.

 

5. 5. Specific management measures for recording, uploading, and sharing abnormal running data

1) Users record and upload abnormal running data on Joyrun. Once verified, they will be warned and judged as problem data (not listed as a series of related tasks that require running data such as personal running volume, activities, medals, etc.), and banned Management measures such as account numbers.

2) The user records, uploads and shares related abnormal running data during participation in Joyrun official activities, which will affect the progress of the activity. Once verified:

1. a_ Cancel the user's qualification to participate in the activity directly, and the user is not allowed to participate in the activity.
2. b_According to the severity of the situation, the account will be blocked for 7 days, 15 days, and permanently.

 

6. 6. Specific management measures for account bans

1) The banned account cannot log in to Joyrun normally during the ban period. Users are responsible for their own violations and consciously bear the account ban results caused by violations.

2) Users are not supported to pay agreed running fees (including small payments and large payments), continuous weekly medal suspension, participation in in-site activities registration, participation in in-site activities paid registration and other reasons to request for unblocking applications for blocked accounts. If such unreasonable applications are encountered, the community administrator will treat them with a stricter attitude.

 

3. Joyrun Community User Appeal Process

With the continuous enrichment of community management experience, Joyrun will continue to improve these regulations for the purpose of maintaining the atmosphere and order of the Joyrun community. If Joyrun users have objections to the processing of Joyrun based on this specification, they can feedback their objections in the "Contact Customer Service" function on the My Page of JoyrunAPP. We guarantee that they will reply within 7 working days at the latest.

 

Chapter IV Supplementary Provisions

 

1. Joyrun shall not be jointly and severally liable for advertising or transaction information such as unofficial authorization or unofficial promotion. Unofficially authorized or unofficially promoted trading activities generated by runners through the Joyrun platform are not officially protected, and Joyrun will not be jointly and severally liable for the resulting monetary losses or disputes. Please don't trust the promotion information of unfamiliar runners in Joyrun to avoid losses.

 

2. If you violate this regulation, Joyrun and community operators and other people who have certain management authority over the community will take any measures against you. If you cause any loss, you should bear it yourself; if your actions cause any third party or Joyrun In case of damage, you shall independently bear the responsibility and compensation for the loss, and bear all the losses caused to Joyrun.

 

3. Any content published by you and other users in the community only represents your and other users' own views, and has nothing to do with Joyrun; you should ensure the authenticity, legality and validity of your published content; you should use this function At the time, you should judge the content yourself, and bear all the consequences and risks caused by contacting and using the content, including the risks arising from the dependence on the correctness, completeness or practicality of the content. Joyrun cannot and will not Take responsibility for any loss or damage caused by the aforementioned risks.

 

4. In addition to the rights agreed upon in accordance with Joyrun's relevant rules, all other rights related to all types of communities, including ownership, operation and management rights, belong to Joyrun.

 

5. The user only enjoys the management and usage rights agreed in accordance with Joyrun's relevant rules. Joyrun has the right to withdraw the user's usage rights to the Joyrun community or take measures such as warnings and bans based on the overall operating conditions.

 

6. If users do not violate relevant management regulations, Joyrun officials will not interfere with their use of Joyrun.

 

7. These rules are an inseparable part of the "Joyrun User Agreement", "JoyrunAPP Community Management Regulations" and "Joyrun Video User Agreement", and form a unified whole with them. Joyrun reserves the right to modify these rules when necessary, and you can check the latest rules on the relevant pages. Any use of this function by you means that you have read and agreed to these rules and corresponding updates.

 

8. The provisions of these regulations are based on the basic principle of compliance with national laws and regulations. If there is any inconsistency, the national laws and regulations shall be used as the interpretation guidelines.

 

9. These regulations shall come into effect on January 1, 2015.
